BOB only says "no" when a hard requirement isn't met. When in doubt, he says "maybe" and leaves it to your recruiter. ##### What does a candidate experience? A personal first contact, then an invitation by WhatsApp or email to a video interview with BOB, at a moment the candidate chooses within seven days. BOB says he is an AI, and a person is always reachable. ##### Which tools does BOB work with? Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Integrations with applicant tracking systems follow after launch. ##### When can we start? BOB launches on 1 February 2027.
